This fall has been great for a variety of reasons. Beautiful weather, leaves, trees, crisp temps. It's also the time when the church blooms anew with activities and bible studies. So, I have been facilitating a BS since the summer time on Wed nights. Last week, a Monday morning BS started which I am also committed to called Living Above Worry and Stress. Monday night my good friend Linda is conducting a home study with just about 3 or 4 of us. It is a good one too, so I attend. Thursday at church is a study in Mark. But I have passed on that one. I decided to bow out of teaching the BS on Wed until after the holidays but really want to keep going. We are studying the Book of Acts. Oh my, exciting stuff. Plus it is followed by a prayer meeting which is much needed. I have an idea of which one I will cease with should I get burnt out. The thing is, there has been an incredible response to bible study and prayer meetings in the last several months. It warms my heart. I have hope for our little country church. Lord, I invite your Spirit to come fill us and lead us in the way we should go to glorify you.
